- The creation of one of the world’s largest crop conservation banks (ARCAD)
- Development of the first free application for visual plant recognition (Pl@ntNet)
- World’s largest conservatory of grape varieties (the Vassale Collection)
- Identification of the natural reservoir of HIV-1, enabling a better understanding of its origins and spread.
