ISO 9001 Certification Since 2011
Since 2011, the Fondation One Science Montpellier has been committed to a recognised quality approach, certified under ISO 9001. This certification reflects its dedication to transparency, continuous improvement, and teamwork. It also strengthens trust with partners, donors, and scientific teams.
The Foundation’s quality approach ensures consistency and reliability across all its activities. It also promotes organisational efficiency and rigorous monitoring of scientific projects.
A Comprehensive Quality Management System
The quality management system covers all of the Foundation’s missions, including:
- Fundraising
- Development of new scientific themes
- Planning and launching calls for proposals
- Selection, funding, and monitoring of outstanding scientific projects
- Management of financial resources
The ISO 9001 certificate, renewed in spring 2023, confirms that these activities meet international standards.
Priorities for 2025
The year 2025 represents a key milestone in the Foundation’s quality approach. Focus areas will include:
- Transforming the organisation and documentation according to a process-based approach
- Updating the mapping of activities
- Developing new missions, particularly in the strategic area of fundraising
Non-applicable Requirements
Certain ISO 9001 requirements do not apply:
- Clause 8.3: Design and development of products and services
- Clause 7.1.5: Resources for monitoring and measurement
These exclusions are due to the fact that the Foundation does not design products and does not use equipment requiring calibration or verification.
